Colouring Competition Winner – ACT Event

Over 100 students from all around Canberra took part in the ACT kids colouring in competition. The quality of the kids works was fantastic which made judging incredibly difficult. The winner of the competition was Malwina Mania, 7 years old from Forrest Primary School. The prize for the overall winner was a 1 year infant orangutan adoption, a plush toy and a certificate.

Annaleis Martin our ACT State Representative  visited the school to present the prize and Malwina was so excited. She told Annaleis  that she coloured in 7 entries and her teachers helped her choose the best one. Forrest Primary sponsor Mindow and as such around 20 kids entered our competition.

Welcome to AOEP!

AOEP is a conservation advocacy program. By registering you will have access to downloads which you can incorporate into your classroom activities. It is hoped that some of the activities will inspire the children to create their own orangutan activities. Our hope is that once you become aware of the plight of the orangutan, you will be inspired to become part of the solution!
